Welcome to Orange Farm Stay! By accessing or using our website, booking our services, or visiting our property, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations or inquiries.

1. General Terms

  • The Orange Farm Stay is a private farmhouse and rural experience property located near Nagpur, India.

  • These Terms apply to all users of our website and guests who book or visit our property.

  • We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

2. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings can be made via Website, Phone, WhatsApp, Email, or our official social media accounts.

  • All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Orange Farm Stay team.

  • A minimum advance payment (full amount) is required to secure your booking.

  • Payment methods accepted include UPI, bank transfer, or cash (as applicable).

  • Rates may vary based on the type of event, stay duration, number of guest and custom packages.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a partial refund (excluding any non-refundable advance).

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the booking date are non-refundable.

  • In case of natural calamities, government restrictions, or emergencies, date rescheduling may be offered at the management’s discretion.

  • No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

  • Guests are responsible for the cost of any damages caused to property, facilities, or decor.

4. Check-In & Check-Out

  • Standard check-in time: 12:00 PM

  • Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM

  • Early check-in or late check-out requests must be confirmed in advance and may incur additional charges.

5. Guest Responsibilities

By booking or visiting Orange Farm Stay, guests agree to:

  • Respect the property, staff, nature, and fellow guests.

  • Avoid loud music or disturbances after 10:00 PM in compliance with local regulations.

  • Supervise children at all times, especially near the pool or open areas.

  • Keep the premises Maintain cleanliness and dispose of waste responsibly.

  • Be responsible for any damage caused to the property, facilities, or decor.

  • ​Services will be available daily starting at 09.00 AM, and the final service will be given at 11.30PM.

6. Pet Policy

  • Pets are welcome at Orange Farm Stay but must be kept under control at all times.

  • Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets and ensuring they do not disturb other guests or animals on the farm.

  • Aggressive or poorly behaved pets may not be allowed on the premises.

  • Pets are allowed only in the designated outdoor areas.

7. Pool & Farm Safety

  • Guests using the swimming pool must follow posted rules and take full responsibility for safety. No lifeguard is on duty.

  • Children must always be accompanied by an adult in and around the pool.

  • Entry into restricted farm areas (e.g. near tractors, equipment) is prohibited unless guided by staff.

  • Pool hours commence at 10:00 AM.

8. Use of Personal Data

All personal information collected through our website or bookings is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your data without your consent.

9. Photos, Videos & Media Use

  • Orange Farm Stay may take photographs or videos during events or stays for marketing purposes.

  • By entering the premises, guests consent to such use unless explicitly declined at check-in.

10. Events, Decorations & Outside Vendors

  • Event setups must be pre-approved by Orange Farm Stay.

  • Guests may bring their own decorators or caterers with prior permission.

  • Any major changes to decor, equipment or electrical use must be discussed and approved beforehand.

  • Use of firecrackers, illegal substances or banned items is strictly prohibited.

11. Force Majeure

We shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government orders, health emergencies, or weather disruptions.

12. Liability Disclaimer

  • While we take every measure to ensure a safe environment, Orange Farm Stay shall not be held liable for any injury, accident, loss of property, or damages incurred during a stay or event.

  • Guests enter and use the property at their own risk and are responsible for their belongings.

13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra, India.
